Returns & Exchanges Policy

We maintain strict quality standards; however, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a defective product.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at anantayabymani@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, along with clear details of the issue. An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

In the event of a confirmed defect, we will either:

• Provide a replacement for the same product, or
• Issue store credit of equal value, valid for 6 months

Please note:

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for non-defective items
• Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed
